对社会工作专业实践教学体系的思考

社会工作是专业化的助人服务工作,其实务性、操作性较强。社会工作专业的实践性取向要求社会工作专业教育特别要注重实践教学,注重培养学生实际操作的能力。但从我国社会工作专业教育的实际情况看,由于缺乏良好的实践环境和条件,教学中普遍存在着实践环节薄弱的现象。对此,一方面,我们要提高教师的实践教学意识和加强专业宣传;另一方面,要积极促进专业实验室和实习基地建设。

On the Practical Teaching System of Social Work Profession

The social work is the service work that helps others,and it has stronger actual situation and op- erability.The practice teaching specially educates the students' ability of actual operation.But from the actual eduacation of our country's social work profession,the phenomenon commonly exists in the weak practice links of teaching in the lack of good practice environment and conditions.For this,on one hand,we should heighten the teachers' conciousness of the practice teaching and the publicizing of profession.On the other hand,we should be positive to establish the professional labortories and the base of practical training.
