| 摘 要： | 实现大批农村劳动力转移是我国全面建设小康社会的必然要求。农村劳动力转移的趋势是由体力型向素质型转变。农村职业教育是实现农村劳动力转移的关键因素。目前我国农村职业教育萎靡滑坡,发展状况和态势并不尽如人意,在人才培养上面临困境。农村职业教育发展必须从面向"三农"转为面向城乡,从单一就业教育转为就业与升学教育并重。要转变职业教育的办学指导思想,深化职业教育自身改革;改善社会外部环境,为农村职业教育提供良好的发展空间。
