| 摘 要： | 分析了马克思恩格斯对近代国际法理论的贡献，指出其贡献主要体现在以下几个方面：主张国际法适用的主体范围并不仅仅局限于欧洲国家；主张战时禁运品包括携带禁运品者；认为被压迫民族以非常规作战方式反击侵略者具有正当性；提出了和平原则、道德和正义原则等新的国际交往原则。

| Abstract: | Marx and Engles＇ s contribution to modem International Law Theory are mainly as follows： They conceived that the scope of the application international law was not restricted within European states; that contraband of war should include persons carrying contraband; that it is legitimate for the oppressed nations to counterattack invaders with unconventional means; that new intemational communication principles like peaceful principle and morality and justice principle should be followed. |
