| 摘 要： | 老年社会参与作为"积极老龄化"政策框架下应对老龄化社会的一项重要对策,为今后相当长一段时间内我国的老年工作提供了崭新的思路.为推进老年社会参与从理念走向实践,在回顾我国老年社会参与发展进程的基础上,分析了目前老年社会参与的现状与问题,并从经济生活、思想观念、活动参与三个方面对构建以社区为平台的老年社会参与提出对策思考.

| Abstract: | Social participation of seniors,as an important countermeasure to the aging population under the policy framework for Active Ageing,provides new ideas for China's present and future work for the aging population.The paper reviewed the development and the present situation of elders' social participation in our country,and analyzed the problems occurred so as to promote the active ageing from concept to practice.It put forward the suggestions to provide community-based participation approaches in terms of economy,conceptions and activities. |
