国际环保对中国外贸的影响及对策

世界性的环保浪潮必然反映到国际贸易领域中,使中国外贸既面临挑战也面临机遇．面对国际环保,我国的基本对策应该是：坚持走可持续发展之路;积极参与国际社会对环境和贸易问题的讨论和谈判,坚持体现“公平和有区别责任”的原则;努力发展环保产业,改善出口商品结构;大力推广ISO14000,加强外资和引进项目的环境管理．

THE INFLUENCES OF INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO CHINA'S FOREIGN TRADE AND HOW TO MEET THE CHALLENGE

International environmental protection unavoidably influences the corresponding foreign trade. Thus, China's foreign trade is likely to meet the challenge as well as the opportunity. In the face of intenlational protection, our basic strategies should be as follows: insistence on the way of sustainable development; active participation in the discussion and negotiation about environment and trade conducted by the international society;insistence on the pnnciple of the duty of equality and difference"; further development of the industry of environmental protection and improvement of the structure of exporting commodities; mijor efforts to spread ISO14000 and strengthen of environmental management of foreign capital and introduction of projects.
