| 摘 要： | 后陈村首创的村务监督委员会制度，作为一项以分权制衡为取向的村级民主监督制度改革，实现了村级权力组织的重构和村级民主监督的创新。村务监督委员会制度的实施，有力地促进了村庄治理的良政化和社区的和谐发展，呈现出明显的治理绩效，但也存在着监督制度不完善、监督工作越位和缺位、监督参与广度不足等问题，需要借助进一步的创新推动民主监督的发展。
