| 摘 要： | 党的十八大明确提出要建设学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义执政党。高职院校建设学习型服务型创新型党组织，是落实党的十八大精神的具体体现。但是目前高职院校党组织建设却不尽如人意，应当依托学习型、服务型、创新型党组织建设破解当前高职院校党组织建设中存在的突出问题。

| Abstract: | The 18th National Congress CPC has clarified the construction of the Communist Party in power with learning, service and innovation orientations. The building of the new type party organization in higher vocational colleges is the concrete reflection of carrying out the spirit. However, the construction at present hasn＇t been fully up to the expectations. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should depend on the new-type with learning, service and innovation orientations to solve the outstanding problems existing in the party organization. |
