| 摘 要： | 发展经济不仅需要专家和知识分子，更需要符合经济发展的高科技人才。培养高科技、多技能于一体的复合型人才，对于当地发展经济有着很大的作用。因此，为促进天津经济的发展，就需摸清对高技能人才的需求状况，查找高技能人才培养上存在的问题，采取有效措施强化高技能人才的培养。

| Abstract: | Not only experts and intellectuals are needed to develop economy, but also the high skilled talents. To cultivate compound talents with high and multi skills plays an important role in local economic development. Therefore, to improve Tianjin economic and social development, it is necessary to get to know of the demand, find out the problems, and takes effective measures to strengthen the cultivation of the high skilled talents. |
