基于就业导向的高职体育教学改革研究

作为高职院校教育教学重点课题之一的体育教学，一直都是实现教学改革的重点项目．如何才能够跟上时代发展的需要，在新形势下改革创新，提高体育教学的质量已成为当今各大高职院校教学改革的重点研究问题。高职院校的体育教学不仅要体现出提高学生身体素质的体育教学目标及教学任务。同时也更应体现出高职院校教学的职业性和实用性的教学特点。本文针对当前高职院校体育教学过程中所出现的问题，浅析体育教学改革在实际高职院校教学研究中的意义，提出相应的体育教学改革方案。

Study on Employment Oriented PE Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges

As a key education and teaching research in higher vocational colleges, PE teaching has becoming an important project in achieving reforms. A major focus of today＇s PE teaching reform has been brought into keeping up with the times, carrying out innovation and reform in the new situation and improving the teaching quality. Physical Education in vocational colleges not only embodies the task and objectives of improving students＇ physical fitness, but also reflects the professional and practical characteristics. In allusion to the current problems in the PE teaching, the paper makes an analysis on the significance of the teaching reforms in the practical research in vocational colleges and puts forward the corresponding proposals.
