Suggestions on How to Promote Community Business of Tianjin

Community business, as a territorial business mode closely related to local residents＇ life, is playing an increasingly important role. Aiming at problems in the development of Tianjin community business such as unsound planning system, unreasonable business mix and incomplete organization mechanism, the author puts forward some constructive suggestions, mainly including establishing a three-level （municipality, district and neighbourhood） administration mechanism, strenghening the management of the planning system and building demonstration models of community business. Only in this way can we vigorously boost the develooment of community business.
