| Abstract: | The difficulties in making a career decision are a common problem for college graduates. In the case study of a college student in career decision advice, this paper illustrates clearly that only the students are helped to become cognizant of themselves and the occupations, and grasp the scientific decision-making methods can they make effective decision and achieve the career development. |
