摘    要:工程造价咨询作为工程咨询领域中的一个重要分支,近年来得到了长足发展。人才是工程造价咨询业发展的基石,也是企业核心竞争力的关键,薪酬体系设计则关系到员工的切身利益和企业的发展前景。本文从工程造价咨询行业薪酬体系入手,分析工程造价咨询业现行薪酬体系设计状况及存在的问题。并提出相应的解决措施。

Abstract:As an important branch in the engineering consulting field, engineering cost consulting has made a considerable progress in recent years. The emolument system design is related to the vital interests of the staff and the development prospects of the enterprises, as talents are not only the cornerstone of the engineering cost consulting industry, hut the key of the core competitiveness for enterprises. The paper makes an analysis on the conditions and the problems of the existing emolument system design in the engineering cost consulting industry and proposes the resoective solutions.
