论独联体的分裂及其对中亚、外高局势的影响

近年来,独联体的分裂呈现进一步明显的趋势,其主要的外部因素是美国对独联体进行大力渗透和拉拢,俄罗斯调整独联体政策客观产生的副作用给了美国可乘之机。尽管分裂形势严重,但独联体仍然能够继续维持,其主要原因是各成员国之间普遍存在着安全、经济等方面的共同利益,其中俄罗斯是维系独联体、以防进一步分裂的最重要因素。

Over the past few years,Commonwealth of Independent States tends to further disintegrate,which is due to America's strong infiltration into CIS countries and Russia's regulation of its policies towards other CIS countries.But CIS continues to hold itself,mainly because member states of CIS share common interests in security and economy.Russia plays a key role in maintaining CIS and preventing further fission.
