体教融合背景下复合型体育人才培养

依据当前体教融合的发展形势,综合中央办公厅、国务院办公室等相关政策指导精神,结合上海理工大学体教融合理念的探索与实践,分析体教融合在体育复合型人才培养中的观念、特点及发展趋势。研究认为：体教融合需要建立知识传播、技能发展、文化传承等多功能的教育理念;应注重体育具备的教育功能,发挥体育在立德树人方面的特色等。体教融合是复合型体育人才培养的重要保障,需要政府、院校、社会等多方发挥各自优势,推动体育教育改革,为复合型体育人才培养形成合力。

Cultivation of Compound Sports Talents under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education

The research presents integration of sports and education, and synthesizes related documents issued by the Central General Office and Office of the State Council. Exploring the practice of integration of sports and education in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, it analyzes its concept, status quo and development trend in the training of sports compound talents. It is suggested that integration of sports and education should include three educational content: knowledge, skill and culture, and pay more attention to the physical education and moral education. Because cultivation of compound talent needs integration of sports and education, government, universities and society should play their role to full advantages in order to promote the reform of physical education.
