| 摘 要： | 从三次产业就业结构来看,第三产业已成为扩大就业的主要渠道.但目前我国第三产业就业结构不甚合理,需要优化.从第三产业就业结构变动及就业弹性角度分析,我国应重点发展房地产业和社会服务业,这有利于扩大第三产业的就业容量.

| Abstract: | Tertiary industry has become the main channel to enlarge employment. Presently China's tertiary industry structure is not reasonable and needs to be optimized. Analysis of tertiary industry employment structure change and employment elasticity shows that China should focus on development of real estate and social service industry, which is helpful to enlargement of employment capacity. |
