| 摘 要： | 反思型教师和反思型教师教育已被世界各国的教师、教师教育者和教育研究者广泛接受.因此,发展合理的教师个人实践理论对于教师的反思性教学实践、促进教师的专业发展至关重要.笔者从国际视角对反思型教师的个人实践理论进行了分析和研究,从公共理论与个人实践理论的对比入手,深入探讨了教师的个人实践理论的要素构成,以及个人实践理论的来源与运用,以期达到全面认识和理解反思型教师的目的.

| Abstract: | Teacher's personal practical theories is the theoretical basis of teacher's reflection on teaching practice. The paper analyzes and studies reflective teacher's personal practical theories from the international comparison. And the paper, starting from the comparison of public theories and personal practical theories, deeply analyzes the constituents of the teacher's personal practical theories and probes into the sources and application in order to completely know and understand reflective teachers. |
