我校社会工作人才培养模式的探索与实践

2002年福建医科大学人文学院创办了社会工作本科专业。在对社会工作专业学科定位、确定人才培养目标、完善课程体系设置、加强教师队伍专业化建设、完善实践教学各环节确保实践教学质量、完善教学评估体系等问题深入探讨基础上,构建培养德智体全面发展的医务社工人才的办学模式。本文认为医学院校开办社会工作专业,是拓展了医学院校办学范围,培养德智体美全面发展高层次社会工作者的重要途径,发展完善医科大学社会工作专业具有重要意义。

Explorations and Practice on Educational Mode of Social Work Specialty in Fujian Medical University

The social work specialty was set up in Fujian Medical University in 2002.The issues like orientation of the specialty,determination of the educational object,construction of teachers' specialization,perfection of teaching & practice,improvement of teaching quality,perfection of teaching assessment and so on were explored deeply.The educational mode of the specialty of medical social work with all-around abilities was suggested.That is,the social work specialty offered by a medical university is an important way to extend the educational field of the medical university and to cultivate social workers with all-around abilities,and is of vital implication to make specialty of social work in the medical university perfect.
