国家权力、社会权力及其关系的分析

权力是指包括国家政治权力在内的一切社会影响力.事实上只要有群体和组织生活的地方就必定产生权力现象.从国家与社会二元区分的角度可把存在于一个民族国家之中的权力区分为政治权力和社会权力两种类型.国家权力与社会权力之间具有相互依存和相互制约的关系:一方面,社会权力是政治权力的基础,政治权力是社会权力的保障,两者形质相同,存亡相依;另一方面两者又存在一定的冲突和制衡关系.一种社会形态的有序运行过程本质上表现为一元的政治权力和多元社会权力的博弈和统合过程.

Analysis on the relationship between national power and social power

The power refers to the whole social force including national political power. In fact, power is produced where there is group and organ life. In view of the duality between nation and society, power may be identified into two types of political power and social power which exists in a nation. National power and social one are interdependent and inter-restricted : On the one hand, national power is based on social one as the guarantee for it. They have the same quality, relying on each other. On the other hand, they conflict and control each other. In essence, an orderly running process of social shape manifests a comprehensive struggle one between the unitary political power and plural social power.
