| 摘 要： | 部聘教授制度是国民政府为适应抗战建国、发展学术、培养人才的需要而采取的一项重要举措。前后两批共45名教授当选为部聘教授。通过对部聘教授产生过程、基本情况以及所取得的学术研究成果等方面的分析，我们对这一群体会有更加全面、准确地认识。部聘教授产生过程中，制定严格的规章制度、重视荐选环节、严格掌握学科和人数、建立相应的考核机制等几方面的做法，能为当今推行教师聘任制提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The System of the Professors Engaged by the Ministry of Education is an important measure taken by the government of Republic of China.In order to meet the demands of the Anti-Japanese War,the development of knowledge and personnel training.There were 45 professors elected.This paper studies the process of how these professors were engaged by the Ministry of Education during the Anti-Japanese period,including the recommendation and selection,the group structure,the teaching and the scientific research. |
