| 摘 要： | 目前上市公司大股东存在不同程度的侵权行为,从数量经济学对其分析,并结合国发2004]3号-<国务院关于推进资金市场改革开放和稳定发展的若干意见>精神,可见为保护中小股民权益,使证券市场得以健康稳定发展,必须采取相应的措施.
