| 摘 要： | 如何培养大批适应时代需要,具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才,是新世纪高等教育的重要目标之一.大学生科技创新活动的开展对加强大学生的创新意识、创新能力和创业精神的培养具有积极的作用,已经成为提高大学生综合素质的重要内容和举措.开展大学生科技创新活动要明确目的,分层次,处理好与教学的关系和处理好经济效益与社会效益的关系.

| Abstract: | The organization of college students'scientific and technological innovation activities plays a positive role in increasing college students'awareness of innovation,improving their innovation capability and fostering their enterprising spirit.This has become the important part and step of upgrading college students'overall quality.In organizing such activities,we must have a clear aim,correctly handle the relations between the activities and teaching,and between social and economic returns. |
