| 摘 要： | 正义是社会制度的第一美德,也是人类社会第一纲,纲举目张,有正义则治,无正义则乱。正义是维护社会稳定、和谐的法宝。正义对于社会而言,有三方面的内涵:一曰中正,二曰公正,三曰公平。中正原则着眼于执中以求得其正,要求在两端之间"无偏无陂"。公正原则着眼于立公以求得其正,要求在公私之间"无偏无党"。公平原则以平等、均等、扶弱济贫为直接诉求,不迂不绕,直奔正义的主题。中正、公正、公平是社会正义的三大基本内涵,也是确立社会正义三大基本原则。

| Abstract: | Justice is the first virtue of social institutions,and the first outline of human society."Gangjumuzhang" means that with justice the society is stable,without it the society will be in chaos.Justice is to maintain social stability and harmony of society.For our communities,justice includes three connotations: straightness,impartiality and equity.These three connotations are also basic principles to ensure social justice. |
