| 摘 要： | 信息技术、互联网技术的飞速发展,使人类社会生活的方方面面都发生了巨大变化,政治参与是受其影响的重要方面之一。网络化给政治参与带来了积极影响,使政治参与呈现出新特征,但不可避免地也带来了一些消极影响,从而使我国政治参与发展面临着严重的问题。因此,我们应根据网络化时代的特点,针对政治参与发展面临的问题,提出具有可操作性的措施,以促进网络化时代我国政治参与的有序发展。

| Abstract: | Thanks to the fast development of Information Technology and Internet Technology,our social life changed dramatically,including the boom of political involvement.Cyberizing brings positive influences to political involvement as well as negative influences which threaten the development of political involvement.On account of features of Internet Era,we should present workable measures to accelerate the development of political involvement in an orderly way. |
