论司法诚信及其制度保障

司法诚信代表着国家司法机关在广大人民心目中的公信力,实践中司法诚信缺失的现象影响司法公信力和司法权威,为此必须构建司法诚信的制度体系,包括建立司法人员诚信宣誓制度、司法人员诚信档案制度、司法信息公开与反馈制度、量刑改革和案例指导制度、司法回访制度、司法不诚信的曝光与制裁制度以及改革与完善审判监督制度,以保障司法诚信的实现.

On Judicial Integrity and Relevant Institutional Guarantee

Judicial integrity is the symbol of credibility of national judicial department in public.Its deficiency in judicial practice damages public credibility and judicial authority.Therefore,to ensure the realization of judicial integrity,relevant securing system must be established,which should include integrity vowing,integrity archiving,information disclosure and feedback,sentencing reform and case guidance,judicial revisiting;exposure and sanctions of dishonesty,as well as reform and improvement in trial supervision,etc.
