| 摘 要： | 以河南省各县政府(包括市辖县级区、县级市)门户网站为研究样本,以其网站发布的内容信息以及网站信息资源的技术组织水平为主要依据,对我国县级政府门户网站的现状进行了调查,总结了我国县级政府门户网站取得的成绩及存在的问题,并对今后县级政府门户网站的发展进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The paper first takes county governments' portals in Henan Province as research samples,and uses the information released by their websites and technological organizational levels of the website information resources as the main sources of data and then it conducts a survey of China's current situation of county governments' portals,summarizes the achievement and problems and probes into their future development. |
