| Abstract: | The assets attributes, the operation and course system in western countries have their own characteristics, and the concept of running school and education are similar in most aspects. This paper selects the engineering specialty of TUDelft University as a subject and does some comparative research combined with the practice in North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power. |
