| 摘 要： | 民族地区生态环境的保护和建设是中国共产党民族政策的一个重要组成部分,也是我国在开发和建设民族地区过程中必须高度重视的方面.本文论述了自新中国成立后的50多年里,中国共产党在民族地区进行经济、文化和政治建设的同时,与当地实际相结合,逐步形成和完善其民族地区生态观的过程.

| Abstract: | The ecological protection and construction in ethnical areas is an important part of the CPC's national policies, and it must be paid more attention by the Party in the course of development. This paper expounds the development and perfection process of ecological points since China is founded, while our Party has been carrying out the economic, cultural and political construction in the ethnic areas. |
