论社会核心价值体系的构成

从文化社会功能的角度考察，社会核心价值体系是一个由核心价值观统领的社会理想和价值目标、民族精神风尚和行为规范等要素构成的有机统一的价值观念系统，是体现理论观念和实践观念相统一的价值体系；在整个社会价值体系中，社会核心价值体系与其他价值观念、价值体系之间存在着主导、整合、包容等复杂的相互作用关系。因此，建设社会主义和谐文化，需要积极进行社会主义核心价值体系的理论和实践创新，也需要协调社会主义核心价值体系与其他价值观念、价值体系之间的关系，以最大限度地形成人民群众对中国特色社会主义事业的共识。

On the Construction of Social Core Value System

From the perspective of the social function of culture, internally, the social core value system is an integrated value system consisting of social ideal, value target, national spirit fashion, and behavior criteria which are led by the core value, and it presents the unity of theoretical conception and practical conception. For its external structure, the social core value has complicated relations as dominance, conformity, embracing with other values and value systems. Hence, construing harmonious socialist culture, we should improve the theory and conduct the practice of socialist core value system and harmonize the relations between the socialist core value system with other values and systems, forming the mass consensus of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
