社会科学期刊规范化若干重要问题答疑

社会科学期刊编辑编排规范化过程中存在的问题概括说有两个方面:一是理论认识层面的问题;二是学术技术层面的问题。前者主要集中在社科期刊与科技期刊、印刷版期刊与电子版期刊、计算机识别与中文编排习惯、社科学报与社科期刊等几个关系问题的认识和理解上。后者主要集中在参考文献及其著录上,少量的也涉及到其他方面。按照新修订的《文后参考文献著录规则》的要求,对已有规范进行再修订不仅必要而且也是十分紧迫的任务。

In the standardization of social sciences journals there are two problems. One is theory and the other is technology. The former involves social and scientific journals, printing, electronic edition, computer identification and Chinese editing, and so on. The latter involves references and other aspects, so it is necessary to have standardization of references.
