| 摘 要： | 组织政治知觉代表着员工视其工作环境政治化的程度,它往往给个体和组织带来负面影响。经过二十多年的发展,组织政治知觉已形成丰富的研究成果并在近年来取得一些新的研究进展:研究取向发生转变、研究模型得到修正与扩展、着重调节变量的分析、关注中介变量的分析、与组织公平感的关系得到辨析、研究对象得到扩展等。

| Abstract: | The perception of organizational politics(POPS) is the member's subjective feeling of the political degree of the organization,which has detrimental effect on member's organizational attitudes and behavior.After firstly introducing and discussing the conceptual definitions of POPS,its dimensions and model,some latest important developments in this field are also discussed in details. |
