对海口市建设规划问题的探索

海口市要适应时代的要求，完善其功能，在建设规划中首先应探索和解决3个重要问题1．目标指向将发展定位在质量的基点上，使发展目标量化，并把持续发展作为永恒的追求；2．关键问题平面狭小，发展受限制，规划欠详细、水平不高，又缺少特色；3．借鉴外国城市规划成功经验，对交通网络、市政工程和市民居住作出科学的统一规划。
