美国对华政策中的意识形态因素

二战后美国对华政策受诸多因素的影响 ,而意识形态是其中的一个重要方面。战后美国对华政策的演变过程表明 :美国意识形态对外交政策的影响并不单纯。冷战时期美苏争霸 ,要用意识形态来号召西方国家团结在它的阵营中 ,但为在对抗中取得优势 ,又与意识形态不同的中国合作。冷战结束后 ,为遏制中国的崛起对美形成挑战 ,美国又举起意识形态的旗帜 ,拿“人权”大棒打压和妖魔化中国。可见 ,意识形态在美国的对华政策中不过是一件工具 ,要视各个时期国家利益的需要 ,来决定其在对外政策中所处的位置。

Analysis on the factor of ideology of the America's foreign policy to China

America's foreign policy to China had been affected by many factors.Ideology had played an important role among them.The development of the U.S.'s foreign policy showed that the influence of ideology on foreign policy wasn't pure.During the period of cold war,the U.S. had made use of the ideology to call on the westem countries to unite under its leadership in order to contend with Soviet Union.At the same time,it sought to cooperate with socialist China in order to gain the superiority against Soviet Union.After the Cold War,the U.S. has raised the flag of ideology to contain China by making use of the "human rights" to hit and evilize China.In a word,ideology is just a tool of America's foreign policy to China, and its role in the foreign policy is decided according to the needs of America's national interest in different periods.
