高职院校工学结合教师激励机制实证研究

摘    要:工学结合是我国高等职业教育改革与发展的主要方向,教师是引领工学结合人才培养的主力军.创新高职院校工学结合教师激励机制,发挥教师在工学结合人才培养中的主体作用,是高职院校亟待解决的问题.文章在对某高职院校教师工学结合人才培养情况进行实证调查和分析的基础上,提出了创新高职院校工学结合教师激励机制的建议和思考.

Abstract:Work-integrated learning is the main direction of higher vocational education reform and development in which teachers play an important role.How to motivate the teachers′ enthusiasm is a problem to be resolved.Based on an empirical study,the objective of this article is to investigate the true facts of teachers acting in work-integrated learning,and proposes some advice to innovate the motivation mechanism of teachers in higher vocational college.
