| 摘 要： | 文章回顾了欧美政府购买服务与社区工作的发展历程,进而讨论1990年代以来我国社区工作的开展,展现转型社会背景下特有的社区工作发展路径.以"罗村方案"为例,分析了我国政府购买服务下的社区工作的不同之处,提出转型时期社区工作发展的建议.
