Abstract:The paper defines the Coone "Normalization" Theory,and deems that the theory is important to the research of community education.Research shows that there are some problems in research of our community education.The main research forces and talent training system is poor.Research topic and method need to be developed.The value of subject and the methodology paradigm has not been materialized.Therefore,there are some assumes——establish a system of scientific research institutions and a system of talent training to promote the formation of the community,expand the category of subjects to materialize scientific value,and use mature methods of research to promote the normalization of the methodology.
