陕西省旅游产业布局的新构想

区域旅游业的发展不能走单增长极的孤立道路 ,须建立以多个旅游增长极为节点的旅游线路和网络体系。陕西省旅游资源与环境从北到南呈现广泛分布和相对集中的特点 ,陕北以黄土高原地貌、沙漠景观及朴实的黄土地文化为特色 ;关中平原则有中国最为厚重的历史文化积淀 ;陕南的秦巴山地之间聚集着秀丽的自然山川和丰富的动植物资源。但是 ,目前陕西省旅游产业布局中只有西安市一个旅游增长极 ,不利于全省范围内旅游产品开发和旅游业发展体系的建立。根据区域经济增长极理论 ,陕西应努力改变 1个中心和 4条线路的传统格局 ,培育延安市和汉中市 2个新的旅游增长极 ,建设 1个“大中心”,2个“小中心”,4条旅游主线和相应的 4条旅游支线 ,以促进全省旅游全面协调发展

A New Conception of Tourism Spatial Distribution in Shaanxi Province

Tourism in Xi'an has been well developed in the past decades to play a dominating role in the economic growth of the shaanxi province. However, the unreasonable spatial structure of tourism in Shaanxi, due to Xian being the unique tourism growth pole, has been affecting the integral tourism development in Shaanxi. This has also been one of the most important reasons why tourism in Shaanxi has developed more slowly than some other provinces in the past 10 years. After analysing the current situation of tourism development and the tourism resources in the north, middle and south of Shaanxi, a new conception of tourism spatial distribution in Shaanxi is offered based on the economy growth pole theory. The conception demands that two sub centers(Yan'an in the north and Hanzhong in the south) be built besides Xi'an as the biggest tourism center, and that besides the existing four tour routes, four other corresponding tour routes be developed and built to rationalize the spatial structure of tourism industry in the whole province.
