| 摘 要： | 张家山汉简《二年律令·户律》中的"田命籍"应为"田合籍",它是《户律》中记载的汉代五种户籍类簿籍中重要的一种。从国家统计土地的角度看,"田合籍"应是所有土地的总籍。它可能既是记载国家所有田地情况的总籍,同时也是记载每户所有田地情况的总籍。

| Abstract: | Total Farmland Book,which may be the wrong spelling of Tianming Book,is one of the five kinds of the permenant residence booklets in the Western Han Dynasty,recorded in the the Bamboo Slip of Residence Law of Er-nian Law and Decree unearthed in Zhangjiashan.From the perspective of the nation's statistics of farmland,Total Farmland Book should be the general record on the nation's total farmland,not only about the whole nation's farmland but also about every family's. |
