城乡一体化发展态势：2002-2012

党的十六大以来，尤其是2003年统筹城乡发展以来，历次中央经济工作会议对城乡一体化建设都作出了部署。从历次中央经济工作会议的总体基调、对城乡发展一体化的提法以及对应的主要任务、重点工作等方面的比较表明，城乡发展一体化的演进轨迹，与中国经济发展进程正相关。推进城乡发展一体化，需妥善处理好政府与市场、城市与农村、竞争与竞合、短期诉求与长远利益等几对关系。在上下联动、各方合力的情形下．推进城乡发展一体化前景看好。

The Status of the Integration Development of Urban and Rural:from 2002 to 2012

Since the sixteenth National Congress of the CPC, especially the overall urban and rural development in 2003, all previous central economic work meetings have been on the integration construction of urban and rural. The comparison on the overall tone, the formulation and the corresponding target, main tasks of revious central economic work meetings shows that, the development evolution of the overall urban and rural has positive correlation with the process of China＇s economic development. To promote the integration of urban and rural development, we should handle the relationships between the government and market, city and countryside, competition and cooperation, long-term interest and short-term demands. There is a good prospect in the integration development of urban and rural with the linkage of lower and upper and the cooperation of each force.
