| 摘 要： | 人事代理制自诞生以来,已显示其在社会主义市场经济中的强大生命力。由于该制度的产生与实践的时间都不长,还有许多问题需要深入思考。本文通过分析人事代理制在社会主义市场经济条件下的五个特征,推测其发展趋势,以促进对该制度的研究。

| Abstract: | Personnel agency has shown great vitality in Socialist Market Economy since its birth. Because the establishment and practice time of this system is not long, it still has many questions for further consideration. By analyzing the five characteristics of personnel agency system in Socialist Market Economy, this article anticipates its development trend in order to promote the study of this system. |
