孤残儿童抚养模式调查分析--以新疆乌鲁木齐市为例

19世纪,随着资本主义生产方式的不断发展,儿童问题成为重要的社会性问题,儿童福利事业也日益得以发展.目前,对儿童尤其对孤儿1]的关注不单是儿童福利机构的责任,更是整个国家、社会以及每个人的责任.对孤儿的关注也不只是救济,而是促进儿童全面健康地发展.基于此,笔者到乌鲁木齐市儿童福利院和乌鲁木齐市SOS儿童村做了调查,希望能从中发现一些问题,并提出一些相关的建议.

An Exemplary Study of Orphaned and Disabled Children Protection System

Basing her studies on an investigation into the SOS Children's Village Urumqi and the City Orphanage of the same place, the author suggests that the welfare cause of the orphaned and disabled children protection is not simply charity work, but involves the wholesome development of the young people in general. The author further points out that welfare institutions are far from adequate in supplying what the children want and need in their development, but the whole society should contribute its due to the cause.
