| 摘 要： | 瑶族是历史悠久、文化丰富的居住在我国南方的民族。在长期的社会发展中,瑶族形成了内容全面、功能突出、影响深远的刑事处罚习惯法。瑶族刑事处罚习惯法包括处罚方式、处罚种类、处罚执行等内容,表现出瑶族的特点。

| Abstract: | The Yao Nationality, as a minority group dwelling in South China, has a long history and rich culture. In its long history this nationality has developed a comprehensive, effective and far-reaching customary law on criminal punishment. This customary law includes crimes, punishments and execution, all of which have unique Yao characteristics. |
