| 摘 要： | 随着高技术的飞速发展,航天高技术企业也在日新月异地前进,在知识经济和数字化的洪流中,航天高技术企业的成长又是一个新的课题。首先通过航天高技术企业的成长模型的构建,分析控制参数和生命参数对企业成长的影响,阐释航天高技术企业成长的生命模型的内涵;其次分析航天高技术企业投入资源曲线及资源增长曲线,基于动力学视角分析资源与企业成长的关系;最后构建航天高技术企业的综合成长模型,揭示航天高技术企业不断成长的轨迹。

| Abstract: | With the high-tech rapid development,aerospace high-tech enterprises are also in advance.In the mighty tendency of the knowledge economy and the digitization,aerospace high-tech enterprise's growth becomes a new topic.First,the aerospace high-tech enterprise's growth model is constructed to analyze the influence of the control parameter and life parameter on the enterprise,which explains the connotation of the aerospace high-tech enterprise growth model.Second,the investing resources curve of aerospace high-tech enterprise and the resources growing curve are analyzed to get the relationship between the resources and the enterprise.Third,the synthetical growth model of aerospace high-tech enterprises is constructed to reveal the growing trace of aerospace high-tech enterprise. |
