| 摘 要： | 培育和提高我国市场经济主体的公正素质具有紧迫性和重要性,政府应做到制度公正,企业应做到交易公正、守法公正、社会环境公正和内部管理公正,个体应具备个人公正。须切实保证政府公正,努力实现企业公正,大力提高个人公正。

| Abstract: | In China cultivate and improve the diathesis of the justice of the Subject of Market Economy has significance. The government should own institutional justice, the corporation should own a fair exchange and should observe law justly, and should treat social environment and interior management justly. The individual should own individual justice. So it should be guarantee the justice of the government? the corporation and the individual. |
