| 摘 要： | 受利益驱动,近年来我国高端酒店业的投资力度日益加大。历年高端酒店业的客房数量、客房出租率、平均房价、每间客房日平均收入等数据的变化状况都显示出,我国高端酒店业的"投资过度现象"已经存在,其恶性后果也已露端倪。防止我国高端酒店业"投资过度现象"进一步恶化的关键在于政府加强信息服务职能,企业坚持理性投资。

| Abstract: | In recent years,many enterprises have been driven to invest in Chinese luxury hotel industry for more profit.The data change in room number growth,room occupancy rate,average price,daily average revenue per room,etc.has proved the overcapitalization phenomenon and its adverse consequence has appeared.In order to avoid the phenomenon to a worse state,the government must enhance its information service function and enterprises should invest in a rational way. |
