| 摘 要： | 后基因组学研究是继人类基因组计划完成以后生命科学界又一极具挑战性的领域 ,本文先分析了后基因组学研究的特点 ,然后综合介绍了高通量技术、高效异构分析平台、数据挖掘、系统控制理论、数据可视化及计算机模拟等先进的信息技术在后基因组学研究中的应用 ,并借此探讨生物信息学专业在我校的发展设想。

| Abstract: | The study of Post-genomics is a challenging field in life science proceeding the completion of the Human Gene Plan. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of Post-genomics study, then introduces the applications of some advanced information technology in the study of Post-genomics, such as high-thoughput technology, highly-effective analysis platform of hetero-structured, data mining, system control theory, data visualization and computer simulation technology. Furthermore, the scheme for the development of Bioinformatics in our university is proposed. |
