| 摘 要： | 执政能力建设是中国共产党执政后的一项根本建设，它关系到党的生死存亡和国家的长治久安。在建设社会主义和谐社会的环境下加强党的建设主要在于三个方面：一是要提高党构建和谐社会主义社会的能力；二是加强党的先进性建设；三是加强党的党风廉政建设。这三方面的建设直接影响新世纪党的执政能力建设。
