| Abstract: | Development is the key to our studying the thought of Three Representations, from which many other ideas can be established, such as the construction and strengthening of the Party, the view of humans as the first resource, the right approach to some relationships in the development of higher education, etc. A new phase of education innovation and development should be inaugurated continuously in order to serve for people. |
