| 摘 要： | 文章通过对郑观应和李斯特经济思想的比较，认为两者都是为应对外部经济冲击与挑战而做出的保护反应。但他们不是简单的被动保护．而是积极发展本国经济与强国一争长短的主动保护。其实质是积极务实、顺应趋势、力求赶超，从而实现民族经济的独立、崛起与腾飞。李斯特的思想系统而深刻，立意高远，这并非郑观应所能及．但郑观应的很多主张与见解已接近李斯特思想的核心内容，就当时而言已具有重大的现实意义。站在传统与现代接驳之处的郑观应无疑是中国近代经济思想转型的引导者，亦可称为中国近代经济民族主义的先驱。

| Abstract: | Through the comparison of Zheng Guanying and List＇s economic thought, the paper finds that the essence of their thoughts is to develop modern economic system by effective protection measures. List＇s thought is more profound than that of Zheng Guanying in terms of modern economics theory. However, Zheng Guanying＇s view is very close to that of List, which has showed historic significance in Late Qing Dynasty. |
