| 摘 要： | 我国农民工的"市民化"进程是分"半市民化"和"后市民化"两步走的。农民工市民化进程缓慢的原因在于"后市民化"远远滞后于"半市民化"。加快农民工市民化的关键在于打开农民工通向"后市民化"的壁垒,即从经济系统、制度系统、文化系统、社会系统、政治系统、自我发展以及信息技术等各个方面构建起二者的衔接机制。

| Abstract: | The citizenship of migrant workers is divided into semi-citizenship and post-citizenship.The reason why the citizenship advances slowly is that the post-citizenship lags behind semi-citizenship.The key to speed up the citizenship of migrant workers is to break those barriers that hold back the post-citizenship.It is necessary to connect the semi-citizenship and the post-citizenship from the economical system,the institutional system,the cultural system,the social system,the political system,self-development and the information technology,and so on. |
