On Social Exclusion in Operating Matching Fund for Housing

According to the theory of social exclusion, the article discusses d institutional exclusion in the matching fund for housing, showing the problems of the policies, coverage and relations between the deposit and loan. It is suggested in the article that emphases should be put on expanding the coverage to non-public organizations, lowering the loan doorsill to low-income families, increasing the usage of the fund, and enhancing the policy protection to weak groups.
